Collabspace (groups): Collabspaces are the equivalent of work areas or workgroups. This core functionality of Injoos has all the networking tools and business applications in a single integrated workspace. Departments in your business can use this for collaboration among their team members. A collabspace will have the URL as http://businessname.injoos.com/departmentname. Teamspace (Subgroup): Each collabspace can further provide it’s members separate spaces for collaborations. Each individual team or a program in your department can use this for sharing their respective team information without inundating the rest of the teams. Bookmarklet: Drag and drop the new bookmarklet to your browser bookmarks bar to enable you to easily post interesting articles, blog links, reference sites etc. you are reading on the web into the Collabspace as a news item.
Auto tagging: No tag all your content easily! Just put a hash <#> before any word in the the description or the title of the any item you are submitting to automatically create that word as a tag on the item. This can be done from the bookmarklet as well!
External File sharing: Now share your files and folders with any external email IDs for easier collaboration with people who are not part of your business or organization.
Easy backup: The new download option for the Injoos user will provide an option to download the entire library or a specific folder as a Zip onto the desktop.
