Injoos Principles
Injoos was conceptualized and built with the community (Organization or Business) at the core of the solution to make it easy to share relevant information among people who share an aspect of your identity. We are concerned about your privacy and understand that you may not want everyone in the world to have access to the personal information that you share on Injoos.
Injoos allows you to control the information that you provide and share with the world. Our default privacy settings limit the information displayed on your profile to your communities.
Injoos follows the following principle - You should have control over your personal information. Only the people in your Network can view the Member profiles and feeds
Each company or organization on Injoos lives in a separate Network that assures the privacy of its Members and the User Content posted in that Network. Here’s how it works:
Your Network can be defined by your company or organization’s email domain. For example, all users who sign up with a “business.com” email address would be part of the business.com network. To join a Network, you must confirm your email address.
Network administrators can also remove a user at any time.
We don’t share your private information with advertisers or third parties. This includes your email address and the email addresses of others in your Network.
Companies who buy the paid version can impose additional security requirements, such as secure sessions, password policies, and restricting access to the IP range of their VPN.
For Networks belonging to Companies and organizations, they own the User Content created by their employees. For other networks, Users own their own User Content. Injoos does not own User Content. Network Administrators can request that messages posted to their Network be securely exported to a company designated destination for archival and backup purposes.
Injoos’s administrative tools do not allow our employees to view messages in a Network. Access to our database is granted only to our technicians on a case-by-case basis to troubleshoot specific technical issues, or as may be required by law. Each such instance is logged.
Injoos has instituted measures to protect the security of each Network’s data.
If you have questions or ideas, please send them to contactus@injoos.com
